Finding themselves stranded in a zombie apocalypse, the eight friends realize they have very little chance of survival. They rush to quickly get out of town and to what they think might be safety. But little do they know that no where is safe. It seems like things only get worse at every turn. Everyone is physically and mentally exhausted and it's all they can do not to give up. Will they survive against the odds? Or will they join the apocalypse?

It all happened in one day. The nuclear explosion. The gas spilling out of the nuclear plant and poisoning people. The gas moving over the grave yard and the dead popping out a couple minutes later. People eating others. It's so much. I don't know if I will be able to survive.

The school started off as any other school year for Autumn Winters. But at the worst possible moment an outbreak occured and the whole school turned into chaos. Autumn and her misfit group of friends make it out of the school, trying to fight for their lives as the people they once knew and maybe even loved tried to bite at their flesh. The group met new people and made new friends, as well as making even more enimies as if them all being stuck with eachother wasn't bad enough. The question is, will the group of misfits survive long enough to be rescued from this mess? Or will some fail to survive or die horribly trying?

These three best friends don't know that their life is about to change. After finding the perfect guy and having great grades, they still don't understand that their life still just getting started. But, losing someone is what is going to get the danger started and then it gets worse. Will they survive the dangers that come their way or die trying to find out why it happened?
