This is a collection of short stories set in a homebrew world I created for Dungeons and Dragons: Fifth Edition. All of the characters are invented from my own head, not my players' characters in the campaigns I've run in Zanthrisya. This is meant as a playground for me to explore the world I've created and to respond to short story writing prompts from another platform. It might grow into a novel someday; who knows? Especially Emily's work, the company built by the woman who has moved humanity further in the future. She feels more devoted and passionate about her work. She just can't figure out why... Short Story 3 In a place where the trees block out all sunlight, there is a lonely building. Within this building, you'd find all manner of monsters and beasts. Sometimes, even monsters want to go where every one knows their name. Short Story 4 Lily lived a happy but simple life in her village, despite the war against the magical beasts of world still raging. When the war finally reaches the village, she expected her life to end with her family. She never expected a man to appear and offer her a deal. Tales Of Wonder are short stories that are tied in to a novel I've had in my head for years. They are related to the novel and each other. These stories are mainly to motivate me and to test out different writing styles. Each short story will be written in different styles. They take place in a world where magic and science combine. The first story here, I admit leaves the rules of the world and how everything works a little vague but each short story will add more and eventually the novel will tie up the magic system. Any feedback is welcomed. Of course, let me know if you want more stories.

Released! 12/12/24 ------------------------- A mysterious online blogger, who exclusively writes about the history and encounters of witchcraft, and claims to be a witch themself, is revealed to have a traumatic history. Maybe the blogs written by '0_Zero_0' aren't as crazy as people think they are? Who are they? What dark past still haunts them today? This story is the second entry into a multi-layered saga, and will be a bit longer than the first story. If you haven't already, be sure to check out the first entry; 'The Spirit Rings' if you like, as there will be some references to it that will more sense when you see it. For context, the first 2 parts of this story will be slightly different to parts 3 and 4, as you will be guided by Zero through his memories, furthermore, any speech in parts 1 and 2 will also be in a memory, not in the real world. (this will make sense as you read to the end) Blog posts are in italics to show that they are not part of his memory. From the 3rd part onwards, it will be formatted in a more standard way, as I am just experimenting with different methods of writing. //TL;DR for parts 1 and 2\\ Plain body text = 3rd person narration (normal reading style) Bold body text = 1st person (Zero reciting his memories to someone) Italics = Blog post (contextual pause to summarise/preview events) Any speech is happening as part of Zero's memory, as he is recalling the events Follow me to keep updated on all my stories, and be a part of the founders for my future novel which will take place in the same universe as all these stories on Wattpad :)
