The Ministry plans to never tell Y/N that he's a wizard, and keep him in the muggle world forever, living in a Muggle orphanage. However Albus Dumbledore has different ideas. Deliberately defying the Ministry's orders, he gives Y/N his Hogwarts letter in person. Y/N attends his first year of Hogwarts, where he is relentlessly bullied by his classmates. Until he meets Harry Potter and his friends, who accept him for who he is.
