"W-what's that?" I stammer, my heart beating out of my chest.
I get no reply. I glance over at my brother, but he is frozen with fear.
The... uh... monster? notices us, and starts in our direction.
"Run run run run run!" I yell, grabbing Stan's hand, "C'mon! Hurry!"
We quickly turn a corner, hiding. I peer around it, but nothing's there. Where-?
"Is it gone? Did we lose 'em?" I hear Stanford whisper.
I turn to him to reply, but my words catch in my throat as I see what's reaching toward us with sharp, curved claws.
