Serena loomis and Billy loomis dreaded twins to a dead beat mother and an alcoholic father. Serena loved going to school not only because it got her out of the house but because she got to see him- Stu Macher - her idiot brothers best friend. She thinks the only ones she can count on are her best friends and her brother. 

Serena was a straight A student and rarely cause trouble in school but when their mother abandoned them she because rebellious, started drinking her grades were slipping and she had no interest in school she only went to see Stu. Her brother also changed he became meaner, more distant and never really went out he mainly stayed in his room aside from visiting Stu and having his little sister tag along for the ride
