Izumi studies under Higari Maijima , (Power Loader) her quirk is Fairy Wings ( Her quirk allows her to fly(obviously) but her feathers give off two substances, certain feathers have healing properties only she can use the feathers for healing.While others have a dust that can help others to fly.
