almost every teennow adays copes whit mentel heald problems.
and im one of those teens i kow how it is yea i know everyons mind is difrends but i know that schering my story can help somoene and even if its just 1 porson i wil be happy becous i bont only help soboddy els i alsow help myself. thats why i decided to schare my storry to inspirer and help athers and to schow pepeol who dont know how its is to deal whit mentel healt problems how its is to have them.
