After the Pizza Plex burnt down a group of people went to go and clean and fix up the place. When they were going through the ruble, they found a working animatronic. The Daycare attendance to be exact, except something was off, he was stuck in safety mode. They called him Eclipse. once they team was able to get him fixed up a bit, they continued their work. Later down the line they found out they were not going to have enough money to continue fixing the Pizza Plex. They didn't know what to do, until someone reached out. They were willing to pay them enough money to finish the work, in return they wanted Eclipse. The team took the offer and Eclipse was sent out to his new owners. They only thing is, they had no idea who they were giving Eclipse to.
