In a world where magic has been discovered and is being used to do harm. Aliens are slowly making there way into society. The government is hiding things. And Felix's parents are dead. How will he survive in a world like this? He asks himself this question everyday. Felix is a very enthusiastic boy who has always had a fascination with art and engineering. He builds little machines with parts he finds in dumpsters that help him wield magic. Felix is doing okay, slowly building up his confidence one again with help from his best friend Mikaela. But then he meets August. An alien girl who seemingly got betrayed by her oh so lovely brother. Will Felix, August, and Mikaela be able to survive in a world like this? Find a way to help August get back home? Or will fate have other plans. And by fate, it means Misty. A depressed and paranoid soul who lost her brother to the government. She's slowly going insane in search for him. No one believes her. Everyone is brainwashed by the government. But a certain someone will assist her with this later on. (This is a magical universe btw, demons, vampires, zombies, aliens and other anomalies like that exist. They just haven't made themselves known yet.)

I smelt something calming, like the smell of rain and vanilla and suddenly, a guy came in charging at Gabriel. Gabriel didn't have any time to react as he was knocked to the ground.
