If there's one thing studious Jack didn't picture his senior year including, it'd be the return of his first real crush, Nolan Skinner.
      ---
Jack Nordheim is more than happy to spend his senior year doing what he's done his entire life: hyper-focusing on school, ignoring anyone outside his tight-knit friend group (avoiding all drama within said friend group), and doing his best to get into a good college, so he can get out of this small town and finally live his life the way he's always pictured it.

Unfortunately for him, there's one problem. And he's just moved in across the street.

Of course Jack remembers Nolan Skinner from middle school. He's grown out of his awkward trouble-maker stage into something of a (disturbingly attractive) bad boy ... who just so happens to need Jack's tutoring services. As morning walks and late night study sessions begin to unveil a side of Jack that even he wasn't aware of, there's a decision he'll have to make.

Just how much room is there in his life for this boy?
