Ryuuen Kakeru is a delinquent who has lived his life on the streets ever since he was very young. With no propsects and his future looking grim, his life takes a huge turn when he gets accepted into the Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School, the most prestigious high school in the country.

Using nothing but his creativity, determination and capacity for violence, will he be able to outwit every opponent in his path to the top?

In this alternate timeline, Ryuuen will be more intelligent and cunning compared to his canon counterpart.
