The soulmate thread is a red thread that connects two destained individuals together regardless of the place, time, or circumstance. The cord may stretch or tangle, but never break. This thread is invisible to the naked eye, and vague to the spiritual.
When a young girl born with the ability to see this thread finds her soulmate, she very quickly learns that being destained does not mean being compatible.
