A group of scientists succeeded to create a portal to the Cycle. The Cycle from the Bendy games. (Y/N) has found that out and being the main reason why this portal worked. And to get rid of the evidence, (Y/N) got teleported away into this world.
The Ink Demon has put the attention on them.

Selena Smith was the one who gave Mr. Joey Drew the idea for Bendy and his friends. She wanted something new for her son, Adam, to watch. But she left the idea and stopped talking to Joey after her son passed away. But, one day, years after she left, Selena gets a letter from Joey asking for her to come back to the old workshop as he had something to show her.
