Saw a prompt to write characters swapping bodies, soooooo have this. Dream waking up in Nightmares body and Nightmare waking up in Dreams. Its just short, but its fun, Just the two waking up, realising somethings up, and what they decide to do.

As he rebels against the Darkness, the Darkness fights back. Nightmare is just as desperate as (N/N)-if he doesn't stop himself, the Multiverse will be torn apart at his hands. Dream is trying desperately to both protect (Y/N) and save his brother. But there's no time to save both of them before the Multiverse collapses into chaos. As a war rages on between positivity and negativity, (Y/N) and (N/N) are forced to work together-but it's not only their lives at stake. It's the life of the Multiverse-and a fallen prince-that's on the line. A Miscalculation In Space
He knows he'll be dooming them if he falls, but he's tired, his body is breaking apart, held together on a higher being's whim only. He wonders if there'll be another to replace him. He wonders if there will be none. It's rather silly, really, since he won't even be around to witness that. The crowd, the rage and bloodthirst palpable in the air will ensure that. If he does not fall on his own, others will force him to. Or, in other words, the typical start of Error being forced to jump into the Void one way or another, in this case into the NaJ universe! Ink together with the judges elaborated a plan to finally stop Error. A deadly trap. Impossible to escape even for the feared destroyer. But someone is not following the plan. Things get out of control. Error gets out of control. Although things don't go exactly as planed, and the results are more chaotic than they should. It still worked. Error was finally gone. Lost into the VOID, scattering across time and space. But someone had their eyes on the broken destroyer for a long time, and they were waiting for this moment. Now they can finally act.
