Under the Wall lies a tunnel.
A tunnel used for escaping.
Outside the wall lies a beautiful abandoned city, retaken by nature.
But there also lies an evil.
An evil that reaches and pulls, that infects and maddens.
It turns you into a creature much like a human, yet you crawl and screech and scream
Outside the Wall, lies an evil.
But inside the Wall, also there lies an evil, who believes it is good.
Who quarantines and orders.
Who starves and kills.
All for the sake of 'peace'.
And of 'safety'.
And of 'hope'.
And yet...
There are some who defy the evil within
And the evil without.
Delanie is one of those people.
Forced to leave all she has known behind, join her on her perilous journey through broken cities full of Infected, and of hunters, who not only hunt the Infected, but other people like themselves.
She meets people she never dreamed of seeing again, watches people she dreamed of knowing leave, and tries to survive through everything that gets thrown at her..
Can she fight through the evil, or will it swallow her whole?

Z Diaries by ElaraEsmeray
6 parts Ongoing
A virus spread throughout the whole world without anyone realizing until it was too late. People were turning into zombies, flesh-eating human corpses. The government desperate for salvation opened its hidden bunkers. Some fled to other countries for a higher chance of safety. Some died on the way to those said bunkers. Some turned to those creatures they were running from. Those who are lucky and rich enough to enter the bunkers are now momentarily safe and hidden wherever those bunkers are. But it's only a matter of time before those bunkers break. While many were left outside, fighting for their lives and trying to survive, they were sleeping in comfort inside those metal havens. Unbeknownst to those who were safely enjoying themselves inside, there was something more outside, waiting for the bunkers to open. Ziya, who wanted to find her sisters, started to travel. At first, she was alone until a few people found her and became her companions while traveling the dangerous highways. How they manage to trust her despite being aloof, she doesn't know. But they knew she was a great help to them. With her unnatural instinct and calmness while fighting the zombies despite being half blind she was pretty useful to let her go. They kept asking other questions but eventually stopped when they realised they won't receive answers anytime soon. They were just letting her join them because she's useful and they felt guilty leaving her alone. To her defense, she doesn't trust them, and she doesn't want them to trust her. She thinks they're a bit stupid for letting her join but staying quiet about it. She just wanted to stay alive and find her sisters. And she just needs to keep her own secrets and lengthen her patience. •Cover edited by me. •Photo of Sofia Isella from Pinterest.

17 parts Ongoing Mature
Title: 28 Decades Later Genre: Sci-Fi | Adventure | Romance Setting: 280 years after the zombie apocalypse Synopsis: Nearly three centuries after the world was shattered by the zombie outbreak, humanity has triumphed-but at a cost. With cutting-edge technology, global cooperation, and ruthless efficiency, the last of the undead were eradicated. But the origin of the virus remains a mystery. Fearing a second outbreak, strict population control and isolation protocols now define human survival. Nations no longer exist-only fortresses, each one self-governed, self-sustained, and wary of the world beyond their walls. Fortress Azul is the most advanced and secure of them all. For over a decade, it has thrived without trade, war, or need. Inside its walls lives Trevor Vale, the obedient son of Azul's iron-willed mayor. Groomed to one day inherit leadership, Trevor has never questioned the rules-until he meets Mia, a wild and resourceful girl from outside the fortress, a "gypsy" wanderer who knows the forgotten world better than any book or monitor ever could. When Mia is caught sneaking into Azul and Trevor secretly helps her escape punishment, he uncovers truths long buried-about the virus, the fortress, and the outside world. As their bond deepens, so does the danger. Mia's presence challenges everything Azul stands for, and Trevor must choose: stay within the walls of safety and control... or follow Mia into the uncertain wilds, where freedom comes with risk-and beauty hides in ruin. But something is stirring beyond the horizon. No zombie has been seen in decades... until now.
