Velvet and Veneer. Their names forever written in the skies of Mount Rageous. Known for their fame, music...and fraud. The twins have served their time in prison, or what is known as the "Rageous Detention Center for Troubled Youth". It is soon discovered that the twins are now from the upper city...but from a city below the cloud line...a cyberpunk, dystopian city known as Under Rageous. A city with hardly any laws....and a wide range of Rageon subspecies. They are sent back much to their distaste.
