In the ""wise"" words of c!Ranboo, "choose people not sides." Sometimes, though, you have to choose a side. Tommy's lived in the same town forever, his two older brothers taking care of him and all the other crimes in the city as the top heroes after the death of their parents. From running around town with Tubbo (and maybe Ranboo sometimes) to skipping school (also with Tubbo), Tommy could probably take on the world as long as he had his best friend beside him. However, when you're assigned a side from birth, it's hard not to have enemies...... ~ ~ ~ Mostly Tommy's perspective, some angst so TWs will be listed at the beginning of those chapters. Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo are 17, Techno and Wilbur are 21, everyone else is up to your imagination. Updates every other day unless I forget. This is my first story! All the girls swoon and drool over him. Tommy can't stand the guy. Thinks he's stuck up and full of himself. But, truth is...Tommy hasn't really gotten to know him. There's a mutual 'hatred' and rivalry between the two. His voice cracked, frustration spilling into something almost desperate. "So why the hell would you fucking care?" Technoblade tilted his head, considering. Silence stretched between them. Then, with the certainty of someone stating a fact as simple as the sky being blue, he answered. "You shine like the sun." Tommy blinked. He let out a short, incredulous laugh-half-broken, half-breathless. "I'm literally the worst fucking person you could pick to care about." "And yet, I do." OR Tommy is the lost prince, kidnapped at 5 and left at 10. But he's a menace and decides it's a smart idea to steal a crown from the royal family.
