In a society with 80% of people possess a superhuman ability called a quirk. However, there are the 20% who don't possess a superhuman ability. To the heroes, they are seen as a civilian, or dead weight. However, a quirkless boy who suffered and went through thick and thin just to even be given a chance to become a hero, enrolls at UA. Look at Reo Himura and what will his journey to becoming a hero will entail, as Hero Society will lay eyes or know of the Quirkless Ninja.
