You know the story of Wings of Fire. The prophecy dragonetts and the great war of Sandwing Succession. But what if the Dragonets of Destiny were accompanied by a member of the tribe that was not included into the prophecy.
I've always enjoyed Wings of Fire and the dragonet prophecy but was always curious why Icewing were never involved (and barely mentioned in Glory's and Sunny's books.
I guess maybe I'll find out why while I write from the perspective of my Icewing OC, Aurora.

After ten years, when the war of the SandWing Succession has finally come to a glorious ending and the Eye of Onyx has crowned Thorn as their new SandWing queen, Soaren, the surviving SkyWing, has been having trouble living in the pit for ten years all his life. He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined... As with firescales dragonets, the ancient SkyWings were certain that animus dragons were too much of a threat to be allowed to live. Those hatched with the curse were killed upon realization of their gifts, before they could do harm to the tribe. But one animus wasn't afraid of his tribe, but for it. He knew the vulnerability that his tribe could face in the event of war.
