This is the original version of my most successful book; Reuploaded. I originally unpublished it for the rewriting process and moved this version to a new draft so I could work on the book. ••• Prince Kai Smith longs to escape the suffocating castle atmosphere and live his life adventuring, but his betrothal and kingdom inheritance prevents him from doing so. That is, until he's nearly assassinated. Soon after, the King calls for Ninjago's greatest heroes to protect Kai and his sister from possible danger.
Lloyd Garmadon, the Green Ninja and leader of the infamous ninja team, is one of the chosen ninjas tasked with protecting the royal family. He's assigned to Prince Kai-heir to the throne and charming in his cockiness. Things go well at first, but then danger once again emerges-this time inside the royal family's inner circle. When put in the face of danger once again, Kai and Lloyd are forced to work together in order to make it out alive and save Ninjago from a devastating fate. •••
