Sandy O'Neil is Aprils little sister. She was a baby when her dad died. Unfortunately for her sister didnt get her out of their unscathed. She was exposed to some of the Mutagen and it turned her hair and have her powers she doesnt know how to control and doesnt want.

She tried to be normal but her poweds make it hard and people at her school bully her constantly for the way she acts and looks. She didnt have a single friend except her sister.

She had blue hair and blue almost silver eyes that stood out. She spent most of her time in her room playing her guitar or dancing to music. She got decent enough grades to pass being a freshman.

Her life held no meaning until her dragged her out one night to meet Eric Sax and spend together. Her got her into a hostage situation where they were saved by 4 big figures that sounded like teenagers.
