The Yakuza Tokyo-wide is trying to clean up the red-light districts and change the connotation of Yakuza from unnecessary evil to peacekeeping managers.  Owning most of the businesses that provide illicit services, the Oda-kai syndicate is trying to take back Kabukicho in Shinjuku and eliminate shady behaviour in the industry on their territory.  One of the hostess club chains, Club Diamond, is refusing to give up independent ownership to the Yakuza, causing Oda-kai members to continue using old methods of persuasion such as violence, threats, and raids, tainting their reputation even further.

Kazuhide 'The Phoenix' Obata is a member of the Oda-kai.  The second in command.  Yakuza life is all he knows, as he is a third generation member of the Oda-kai following his father and grandfather who are both deceased.  His family and the Oda family have been intertwined since the formation of the clan by deep trust and friendship through the generations.

Club Diamond, a Hostess bar chain, holds the key to change.  And holds onto it very tightly.All Rights Reserved
