A ROTTMNT fanfiction about mental health, communication, misunderstanding and comfort such as learning how to speak up for yourself and certain situations and learning how to cope. This is set after the Rise Movie and contains a small handful of OC's, the main two being Aristotle and Plato Umigame as well as their father. This fanfiction covers a handful of heavy topics, so be cautious as its not for a sensitive audience nor anyone under the age of fourteen due to its topics.
This is a rewrite as the original first chapter did not feel as though it fit the story all that well. Chapters may take awhile to come out, so be patient with me.

an almost decade old story. * "one tragedy changed their lives." a story with dialogues and minimal description, in which a boy ends up in the hospital after a car accident and his friend slowly collapsing under the weight of his tortured mind. but what actually happened that one fateful night and what other secrets will be unraveled? * two main male pov's, recognizable through italics and normal text. a story written unlike any other. i hope you'll find comfort in it just as much as i have. be aware that this is a realistic story. * slow-burn start, but it picks up. don't let the number of chapters fool you; the average reading time for each is less than a minute . i came up with the story of the two friends when i was still quite young and i'm by no means a writer, so it deeply apologize if it sucks ass. feel free to vote and comment or point out any spelling mistakes or confusing paragraphs. it needs some editing and possibly some small changes or added chapters for clarity and better character development, but as for now, this first completed story will do. original story: around 2014. first upload: 2020. re-upload: 2023.Complete
