Nine people, scattered around the world, await the arrival of their captain... It's been 25 years since the Pirate King Monkey D. Luffy was executed. Now, the 16 year old Hayato, with Luffy's memories, sets out to find his long lost crew and, once again, become the King of Pirates. But how is Luffy supposed to find Zoro when he's a pink haired woman named Elizabeth, or when Robin is hidden in an underground facility, that not even the World Government knows about?
