In this AU, Giyu is dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and so much more, but Sanemi's not making it any easier. Both are hiding things from each other, and the tension between them keeps growing. Can they figure things out before it all falls apart? Contains mentions of: self-harm, depression, anxiety, disorders, and swearing. Though it follows most of Gotouge's plot, (I don't own the plot or characters by the way) there are some minor changes. Rengoku does not die during the Mugen Train Arch, Tengen does not retire because Obanai arrived on time, and they help in the final battle, allowing the Final Battle with Muzan to end faster>
