Kyla Mediocris was abandoned by her parents as a toddler. Since then she was subjected to un caring foster parents. Now though, almost thirteen years later, she will reconnect with the family she lost. That is not all though. She will also reconnect with her hidden self. One that was kept bound for so many years. She wants to be in charge, not another pawn in her parents game. She will awaken a prophecy long forgotten. The only question is will she survive.

Borrowed Time

26 parts Complete Mature

A seemingly simple and elegant life invites Marcella after being adopted by the King and Queen of Elysianair as an essential pawn to strengthen the kingdom. Countless declines of courtship, Marcella stays headstrong in her will to strive for independence until one man changes it all. Her perception and thoughts cloud busily with the lingering expectations of her title and her mysterious dreams that haunt her confused mind. What would she do if her apparent perfect life falls apart and her strange imagination becomes reality? Can Marcella save herself and others from the debt she owes to borrowed time? "Elysianair? Hasn't that kingdom been extinct for like 300 years?" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- {Contains strong language} This is my first book that I wrote for fun over lockdown, inspired by a dream I had. I'm not great at writing descriptions clearly
