Traveling state to state looking for answer's of Elena's where about, Damon always finds himself halted to a dead end.
In one last sore attempt to find Miss Gilbert he passes through the South Hamptons hoping to leave satisfied. That's when he meets Avery Elizabeth Grayson, and satisfied is the last thing he leaves feeling.
