Rowan never wanted to spend an entire summer away from the equestrian show circuit, missing out on countless hours of practice and riding time. But her cousin, the famous Summer Torres, always got what she wanted when she asked. Now the Torres cousins are facing their own waves, one on the water and one on a certain pink-haired surfer that only has eyes for Summer...or does he?
