Autumn used to believe in love, in fairytales and happily ever after but when her entire life imploded right in front of her eyes she knew those things were impossible, that all they would ever be was fiction designed to deceive little girls. But Autumn promised herself that she would never be tricked again.

So when the boy from her past comes back into her life, the same boy who smiles like the sun itself, it takes everything she has to keep pushing him away, to not let herself fall victim to the deception and tricks of her childhood.

Alex believes in it all. In fate, in happy endings, in picture perfect love story's. He's a hopeless romantic with a heart of gold that's easily broken. But after being burned so many times he refuses to let it happen again and there's no way in hell he's going to be burned by the same person twice.

But it seems that old habits die hard and it is going to take everything inside them to keep their hearts safe this time.
