Charlotte has returned to Tree Hill after a breakup that has left her completely devastated in search of some peace, and wanting to get away from the fame that has haunted her since she's been a rising country pop star, but a lot has changed in the years that Charlie has been away: Brooke Davis is the most popular girl in high school, Peyton Sawyer is dating Nathan Scott, and half of her friends now look at her either as a stranger... Or like a celebrity.
