In the year 2046, the world is recovering from a war that occurred in 2023. Sam joins the APD, a global organization that claims to fight for peace and justice. However, he soon discovers that things are not what they seem when he is assigned to the 16th division, the wildest and lowest of them all. While on his assignment, he is approached by Tyler Reeves, the founder of the APD, who was his and many others role model.
