Fake Reality

"hubby, why are you... looking so miserable" she asked with concern clear in her voice while cupping his face.
He cleared his throat"em please how did you just call me?" he asked completely confused.
"hubby of course aren't you my husband? even though I'm in the hospital bed you can't help teasing me with your questions"
his eyes widened at her 'hubby of course' and narrowed at what followed.
It all started when him-Nathanael Vietvega -got assigned es her chauffeur during her vacation in his country. He later on fell in love with her but they made an accident which kept her in the comma for a while.
