Dream Land has been turned into a world of paper- which before it had turned into clay and even yarn, did not shock the inhabitants as much as it probably should have. But with King Dedede, Meta Knight, and all but one of the Waddle Dees nowhere to be found, it is now up to everyone's favorite pink hero, Kirby, and his best friend, Bandana Waddle Dee, to save the day with their new mysterious yet familiar friend, Olivia-Ribbon, from her brother, the ominous King Olly. This takes place after 'Kirby and the Forgotten Land' + 'Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe', where we have confirmation that Waddle Dees can talk. This also means that Galacta Knight may or may not be around, depending on the canonicity of the Morpho Knight fight in 'Kirby and the Forgotten Land'.)
