Steve Rogers and everyone else who was on the side of Bucky Barnes during the Accords is on the run and in hiding. Before they can go on the run Steve has to break everyone out of the underwater prison call the raft. He knew his team would be there, he didn't expect the girl he had a crush on and went missing a year ago to be there as well. Steve made the choice to break he out as well and they could go on the run together. What Steve didn't expect was get have his feelings for Romy Michaels to bubble up to the surface so fast.

Being on the run and in love isn't easy. Can Steve and Romy make it work without getting caught by Ross for both of their crimes against him.
