She's ruthless and ambitious with her only true softness under her hard armour concealed just for her best friend- Bella. Bella brings out the humanity in Raya she's the golden retriever to her black cat, and without Bella, Raya would've been an over-stressed burnt out alcoholic. So for that Raya is deeply indebted to her best friend and treasures her ever so much.

Bella's brother-Braiden- on the other hand, is notorious for sticking his dick into anything he wants. Hell, in the past, he's even wooed the lunch ladies for free lunch. No, women, no girl, no one with double x chromosomes is safe around him. The female sex has always harassed Bella for her brother favour and even going to the lengths of blackmail brainwash and betrayl. Raya hates them. Raya hates Bella's tears. Raya hates him.
