Strong Little Dragon and Best Friends Journey for New Hearts

Hot shot is five years old. He lives with his parents Heatwave and Quickshadow. Hot shot is a very active and playful little boy. He loves to run, jump, climb and play. He loves sports too. He lives in Fort Worth Texas. He and his family live a happy life there. However soon Hot shot starts to feel unwell. His parents take him to his doctor who sends them to Cook Children's hospital to see a special doctor. There they do tests and find that Hot shot has dilated cardiomyopathy and it is causing severe heart failure. The doctor says Hot shot needs a new heart. Hot shot makes friends with four other children his age who also need new hearts. They become the best of friends. There is a chance one of them will be the first heart transplant at Cook Children's.
