Same goes for Alex and his younger sister Mia. If there is one thing he cares about in this world, it has definitely got to be her.
But, Nick has a secret past, dangerous for the people he cherishes and loves the most.
What will happen when he cannot help but fall in love with the girl who is always by his side?
Will the trust remain when Mia finds out the reason behind all the uncalled events in her life for the past two years?
Will the understanding pull them apart or just bring them closer together?
Even with Alex by his very side, how will Nick overcome the conspiracy built against him while he carries the guilt of potentially putting his very best-friend's sister in danger?

How best friends fall
Lena and Vanessa had been inseparable since kindergarten. They were the kind of best friends who knew each other's secrets before they were spoken, who swore that nothing-no one-would ever come between them. But high school had a way of testing even the strongest bonds. It started with Aaron. Vanessa's boyfriend. The boy Lena had never meant to fall for. But feelings didn't care about friendship pacts or unspoken rules. They crept in quietly, filling the spaces she tried to keep locked. And Vanessa, sharp as ever, noticed. Betrayal burned hot in Vanessa's chest. She wasn't the kind of girl who cried over things like this. She was the kind of girl who got even. If Lena wanted to break the rules, fine. Vanessa would break them worse. And what better way to get under her best friend's skin than by setting her sights on Lena's younger brother, the charming heartbreaker? Lines were crossed. Secrets unraveled. The best friends who once swore to put each other above everything were now caught in a web of lies, jealousy, and heartbreak. Now, they had a choice to make: fight for their friendship or let the wreckage of love and revenge consume them. Would they choose each other? Or would they let the damage be the end of everything they once had? And my friend Linneah helped come up with the concept and it's based off of us in our friendship but all the drama that happens did not happen to us.Complete
