The Bradfords lived in New York City their entire lives until the Noah Bradford decided to relocate his family to OBX on to tannyhill next door to their close friends the Cameron's. The Bradford's used to visit the Cameron's every summer until they finally decided to move permanently the summer before Rebecca's freshman year of high school for a fresh start and hopefully get her out of trouble. Rebecca has been best friends with Sarah since they were in diapers and when she moved to the Outerbanks Rebecca quickly became friends with Kiara. After Kiara and Sarah's fight Rebecca still maintained her friendship with Kiara and got introduced to the pogues. Noah Bradford and Ward Cameron have been best friends since high school and working together some how and raised their kids together as much as possible until they decided to move to kildare island. Next to the Cameron's the Bradfords are the richest family in Outerbanks. And one thing you should know is Noah Bradford, Rebecca's dad really hates the pogues but that doesn't stop her from hanging out with them almost everyday
