She didn't.

"PARISIANS GET A HOLD ON YOURSELVES! YOU'RE SERIOUSLY GOING TO KILL SOMEONE FOR NOT BEING FROM HERE?!"
She cared too much.

Always making a mess according to people. More like cleaning it up.
