Fixing it is as easy (or as difficult) as resolving your feelings for your crush, but that usually requires actually talking to that person. Grian is bound and determined to do things the hard way. (Or, the Hanahaki fic where nobody coughs blood, nobody dies, nobody is compelled to love anybody else, and Grian gets teased by all his friends about his crush.)
