***Written for Wattpad's Midnight Wishes romance contest*** 

    They say you can't go home again but that's exactly what I'm doing. I haven't been home in five years now, not since I left to get away from my ex husband. Mom called to tell me she's been having some health scares and she wants me back home with the family to spend the new year with her. She actually wants me to move back home and I'm afraid she's really sick this time. There are so many things that worry me about going back home, I don't want to run in to my ex and at the same time I need to be home for my mom. I'm excited to go back. That place always felt like magic to me and I have been missing it. A trip home is just what my soul needs.
