After a chaotic battle against Death Eaters in 2020, Lauren Raven finds herself thrust into the 19th century with a severe injury and no clear way back to her time. The last thing she saw before blackness consumed her was a plume of metallic dust and vitreous fragments, tiny prisms dancing behind her eyelids. She has to find a way how to return to the 21st century again however as she navigates this unfamiliar world, she catches the attention of the rebellious Sebastian Sallow, a man who isn't afraid of detention and breaking no rules. Together, they embark on a quest to uncover the secrets of time travel while battling both personal demons and external threats. Lauren must learn to adapt and harness her magical abilities if she hopes to return home!
