[SEMI-ABANDONED] Operation Radiance - Issue #1

Years from now, a meteor crashed in a small valley in the United States. This meteor brought with it alien technology, dubbed "Modifiers". These Modifiers bring their users special abilities. And when the wrong person gets their hand on a Modifier, things get messy fast.

The events I've written here are still potentially canon to the current iteration of Adrenaline Rush, but I'm starting a new story from later in the timeline due to writer's block in the origin story. It's very much subject to retcons.
