Littlekit is born in ForestClan, to her mother BirdSong and her father SparrowFlight, and two siblings, Amberkit and Cloudkit. Amberkit is killed during a dog attack to her camp, and her brother is gravely injured. Littlekit watched their clan medicine cat heal her brother and is amazed to how he recovered after her treatment. She becomes a medicine cat apprentice.
