Set in modern day, masked crusaders make designs to stir the world one step at a time. Through the leadership of the mysteriously honest "Echo" the members of T.H.U.M.P rage war on injustice and start a battle with authority and the values of society and the world. Where it leads the group of vigilantes is a place more fraught with danger than is perhaps known to any of them except Echo.
