1996, Woodsboro California. October is right around the corner, bringing plenty of Parties, Scary Movies, and of course... Halloween. However, a crazed masked murderer is on the loose, leaving most of the teenagers of Woodsboro terrified- and others, not so much.
Penelope Shmit, the new kid on the block and towns new "Good Girl" indulges in her darkest teenage fantasies and discovers her greatest fears after joining Sidney Prescott's friend group.
