Felix, an aspiring figure skater, he's been competing since he was a kid. His entire life revolved around skating, hell the only reason he is who he is now is because of it. The only reason he's known today is because of his skating.
But fuck, he hates it sometimes. All his life, Silvers and Bronzes, a fucking disappointment. He could do better, but how can he when he's up against some of the worlds best skaters. Yuzuru Hanyu, Nathan Chen, Choi Yeonjun, Huening Kai, man Felix knows he's fucked.
His nerves failed him and it almost caused his fucking shoulder too. He lost the one competition that mattered the most (it was his second competition.) Felix can't let that happen again but how is he supposed to prosper when Hwang Hyunjin, literally known for not only his beautiful, graceful skating, but for his looks finally comes back into the skating world after being gone for a year and three months after he fucked up his knee?
And when Felix sees Hyunjin on the ice, he realizes, he knows he stands no chance. So being the competitive brat Felix is, he trains harder, but it still seems it's not enough...

I ran through the rain with my umbrella, looking desperately for any sign of Hyunjin. Minho had called me saying that he and Seungmin had walked in on him cutting himself and that he had ran away right afterward. I needed to find him before he caught a cold. It was raining so hard that it was hard to see anything and the sound of the rain hitting my surroundings was beginning to feel extremely overwhelming. ------ Hyunjin struggles with urges he tries his hardest to keep to himself, Bottling them up until they were more than he could bear, then breaking. It was a cycle no one in the group had seemed to notice yet. They neglected to notice the tears, the anger. They turned the other cheek without knowing when he was so close to balling his eyes out. It wasn't that they didn't care, he knew that if they knew what was going on they'd help. He didn't want help. Felix has been having nightmares every night for a while now, each ending with someone he loved dying. the dreams were becoming more and more vivid, and almost every one of them ended in suicide.
