This story takes place in between the two south park games. Even tho it feels like it was the day after the first, that the second started, it couldn't be the case, because they stopped playing at the end of the first game, when they threw the stick into the "ocean". For the sake of the story, they continued to play even after the stick was gone and Douchbag never spoke.
His real name is indeed Dovahkiin, but is more often called Douchbag.
He doesn't talk, but will have a lot of thoughts.
He is attracted to some of his friends and is figuring out his sexuality.(which is why he chose Kyle over Cartman)
The beginning takes place after defeating princess Kenny, at end of the first game.
