Dahlia St.Claire had fallen so deeply in love with a god. She had fallen head over heels in love with two gods and rulers of the sea. Dahlia know better than any mortal that loving a god was a stupid and helpless thing. The love of a god was fleeting and only brought great tragedy. Dahlia knew that to be a lover of a god was to accept putting a target on one's own back; it was willingness to be a some kind ploy for other gods to control, manipulate and eventually destroy to a nothingness.
