IceMan gets a love story with an original character. He's grown up and has an unexpected encounter with Amber a girl he had knicknamed Shadow when they were younger. Amber is Penny Benjamin's business partner and long time friend. Their friendship has spanned over twenty years. Maverick of course is typical smart ass Mav and Penny's love interest. The group is surrounded with other friends from the guy's original Top Gun class. Definitely an enemies to lovers trope.
